Built in 1881, the hotel was renovated in 1996 to provide extra accommodation and a new Restaurant was opened. The hotel offers casual accommodation with a relaxed do-it-yourself breakfast with rooftop views of Ultimo and Pyrmont and only a stones throw from Sydney's beautiful Darling Harbour.
The area is steeped in the history of early settlement. The Harris family were the dominant landowners in the area for over 100 years and a nearby street bears their name.
Nine rooms are available. Seven have shared bathroom and toilet facilities and 2 have ensuites.
All rooms provide TV (Fox sports and free to air), Ceiling fans, External windows, Clock radios, Towels and soap.
Breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in communal areas.
